maintenance of your building's exterior can provide many
benefits. Stopping or minimizing premature failures of
building components, protects your investment. Preventing
problems is far more cost effective than reacting to and
repairing them. A well maintained building, is also more

The BC Homeowner Protection Act stipulates that maintenance
information be provided by the builder, and followed correctly
by the building owners, in order to comply with the warranty
requirements. The warranty provider may also inspect a
building to ensure proper maintenance is being carried
out.
