Who is BEMCO Pacific Services

BEMCO was incorporated in 1999 to deal specifically with all aspects of building envelope maintenance. From the writing of manuals, to physical inspections, to the completion of work required on a building. BEMCO has been at the forefront of developing practical manuals, inspection and reporting procedures.

Our team is lead by the following people who are very experienced and qualified to achieve our goals.

Kevin Luckhart A.Sc.T.
Kevin has been writing Building Envelope Maintenance Manuals and Maintenance Reports for over 10 years. Kevin has had extensive experience in the building envelope field as the technical representative for an EIFS and acrylic coatings manufacturer. He has also worked as an inspector and product testing technician for Warnock Hersey. As the technical representative for a manufacturing company, Kevin was involved in the development and testing of several different exterior systems including rainscreen systems.

Bill Shand BA
Bill has been involved in conducting Building Envelope Maintenance Reviews and overseeing on site work for over 10 years. Bill is a past Vice President and shareholder of an exterior cladding manufacturing company. He has been involved in sales and service in the building envelope field for over 20 years and is very knowledgeable in this field.

Together the principals of BEMCO Pacific Services have over 40 years experience with building envelopes. They have been involved in the supply/installation of product and expertise to a large number of buildings. Their areas of expertise are overlapping, but diverse, providing for an excellent business combination.

Long established contacts with contractors, suppliers, and industry associations assure that BEMCO is able to provide the most current knowledge and workmanship the industry has to offer.
